Overview of Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy - an official document that establishes lawful relationships between the application owner (“the owner”, “we”, “our”, etc.) and the user, controls and regulates personal and non-personal data collecting and processing. It is aimed to minimize possible risks and prevent any disputes for both sides.
Privacy Policy text consists of several paragraphs that represent the main user’s rights, purposes of data collecting and processing, safety terms, etc. All the statements are applied right away after the installation of our product. This is why, all the rules, which are prescribed in this document, should be accepted by the user before installing practiqa application.

This text or just its parts may be updated at any moment without warning. This includes all the possible changes (modifying, replacement, deletion and so on). All the changes become legitimate immediately after publishing. The owner doesn’t have to notify or warn the user about the update besides sharing a new document.
Information gathering
In order to provide the user with the highest level of service and the most positive usage experience, we need to collect some personal and non-personal data.
Personal data we collect includes statements that help us identify you and customize our service (real name, sex, age, location, etc). Non-personal data is required to provide an appropriate service according to the device (phone model, iOS version, hardware model, etc).

The main purpose of data gathering, processing or sharing is service improvement. We strive to provide the user with the highest level of service, data protection and so on, thus the owner of practiqa needs to gather and use some information from the user. It helps us analyze user’s individual preferences, needs and device requirements to provide convenient service. In addition, this prevents possible mistakes in the app’s work.
Furthermore, the effective marketing and distribution of the product requires statistics and analytics, so we need to refer corresponding services. The user’s data helps to ensure their correct work.
In-app advertising is the next purpose of data processing. This includes personal discounts, special offers, which may be carried out only on an individual basis. We need to analyze preferences, needs and in-app actions of each user to customize our promotional offers. Moreover, the application owner has a right to refer third-party advertising companies asking them to procure ad stream. Most of such services require some of user’s personal data to customize ads the user see (e.g. by region). Third-party advertising
The application owner reserves the right to refer third-party advertising companies, asking them for ad stream providing. In order to procure ad stream correctly, such companies require some user’s personal and non-personal data to be processed.

The owner of practiqa applies all the possible measures to keep the gathered and stored information safe. He is fully responsible for data safety. Nevertheless, there is no ideal methods exist to provide maximum protection. We strive to protect your data in various ways to keep it away from hackers and other third-parties.
Required permissions
Practiqa requires the permission to send notifications, which is an important part of its functionality. If the user denies sending push-notifications, then it will be impossible for him to use the application properly. Some of its functions won’t be available.
User’s rights:
- The user is absolutely free to cancel any previously given permission connected with data processing. He can request accessing the stored data. The user has a right to contact the app owner asking to update or delete a non-relevant information.
- The user has a right to be aware of types of gathered information, purposes of data processing, ways of gathering, processing and sharing. He can request a copy of gathered data.
- The user has a right to forbid any kind of further data usage. The owner is allowed only to collect and store it without using or sharing.
- He can also object data usage if the owner of practiqa performed any kind of violating action related to the user’s personal information. The user also has a right to refer a competent authority in order to protect his rights and data.
